Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Due to the special nature of swords and knives, if there is any problem, please open and inspect the goods the first time you receive them, and if there is any problem, please contact us within 24h, and we will return the goods for you without any reason. If it is due to the customer’s reason, such as the customer put the sword into the water and long-term exposure to the air caused by rust, etc., we will not be able to return the goods.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, we can only offer partial refunds:

There are obvious signs of use
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, refunds can take a while to officially arrive.

Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund arrives.

Special Offer Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Special-priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send an e-mail to service@heartswords.com and ship the item to the following address:

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchange to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more valuable item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
